Portalwith provides a client portal interface that integrates with Notion workspaces. It allows users to present projects, tasks, and invoices to their clients via a branded interface.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Account and Usage

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must not use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Abuse of Notion API or Portalwith features may result in account suspension.

5. Subscription and Payment

• We currently offer a Pro plan with a free 2-week trial.
• After the trial, you will be charged according to the selected plan.
• Users who subscribe during beta will retain their discounted pricing for life .
• Prices may change in the future

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and features of Portalwith (excluding your Notion data) are owned by Portalwith and its licensors.

7. Integration with Notion

We connect to Notion via their official API. You authorize us to access and use your Notion data as required for functionality. Your data remains your property.

8. Limitation of Liability

Portalwith is provided "as-is". We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to lost data, revenue, or business.

9. Modifications

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms.
